For the past decade, I have been working and learning my way through kitchens here and abroad.
A few highlights of my time as a chef apprentice came from being a part of the culinary competition team. I was fortunate to be a small part of the team that won a National Championship, competed in South Korea, and the Culinary Olympics in Germany.
Upon graduation, I have been very fortunate to explore the world through food by working in Germany, New Zealand, and Australia. As well as across this beautiful country including Hawaii, Montana, and Alaska. But it is always exciting to get to bring a little of my travels back to Kansas City and share with all of you.
Food & memories....I am here to make them both.
